No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Amber Leto Designs TM does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Each garment is handcrafted and inspected for quality prior to shipping.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted only for items of equal value.
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  • The garment must be in its original, unworn, and unaltered condition, with all tags attached.
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or style is unavailable, store credit
    will be issued.

Damage & Liability Disclaimer

Amber Leto Designs TM is not responsible for any damage that occurs after the garment has been delivered. This includes, but is not limited to, damage from wear, cleaning, storage, or alterations performed by a third party. Once an item is marked as delivered by the carrier, liability for the garment transfers to the customer.
